Amy Ore Gwin brings more than 20 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, and business leadership to the RBC Homes team. As Superintendent she oversees daily job site operations, coordinates subcontractors and schedules, and helps ensure every project is executed with exceptional quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Amy has extensive experience managing custom residential construction, large-scale commercial projects, and high-end coastal builds throughout Hampton Roads. Her background includes site supervision, client communication, budgeting, permitting, inspections, and coordinating teams through every phase of construction.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University and is both OSHA-30 certified and a Responsible Land Disturber. Amy is known for her strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
At RBC Homes, Amy plays a key role in bringing projects from concept to completion while ensuring every homeowner receives the highest level of communication, craftsmanship, and care.
