We enjoyed a very favorable experience with RBC in remodeling a home in Sandbridge. They were creative, easy to work with and bent over backwards to accommodate our wishes in this project. Every person we worked with did their best to get the job done. The entire company feels like family after this remodel. There are great builders, and then there are exceptional builders; RBC Homes is easily in the exceptional category! They have exceeded expectations at every step of the process and created an absolutely stunning beach house for our family to enjoy for many years to come. From our very first meeting, we knew they were the builder for us. Their staff consists of friendly and courteous professionals whose attention to detail is evident during planning and execution of the design, as well as the building and decoration phases of our project. David Whitely, the owner, was both patient with us by answering all of our questions, but still transparent with the reality of this project even before we closed on a property or had a signed contract in place. Being part of the Sandbridge Beach community themselves, David, and his wife, Pat Whitely, along with the rest of the RBC team welcomed us into this thriving community and treated us like neighbors/friends long before it actually became a reality. We cannot say enough about the team at RBC Homes and we highly recommend contracting them for your next building or renovation project. We have had RBC homes build 4 beach houses for us. Next one always better than the last one. David, owner of RBC, and team are exceptional to work with. Very professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable about their product, personable, but most of all they listen to what you want. They stick to the schedule and if for some reason they can’t they communicate always. Even after the built is done, they are there to help with any issues that may come up.  David’s wife Pat is phenomenal at decorating the homes. Always adds a personal touch and loves bouncing ideas around so you always feel part of the process. RBC Homes has been fantastic for us. They built our sandbridge vacation rental, and have serviced it as our needs have arisen over the years. They provide an outstanding product. We look forward to many years of business together with RBC.

One quality I particularly appreciate is their attention to detail. Whether it's in the construction details, or in the logistical issues or office administration, they don't miss a thing.  And if by some chance they do miss something, they do everything in their power to make it right. Love working with these guys.
