Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We learned the hard way. We originally got a quote from RBC Homes for our roof and chimney but chose a lower-priced contractor to save thousands. The work done by that contractor was incorrect though, which we did not know until we started having water damage a week or so after it was completed. That contractor came back to 'fix' it twice but the damage kept getting worse, and there was always an excuse. Then he stopped answering our calls and we were in a bind to fix it asap so called RBC.

They stepped in, found the real issue (many things were not done properly from the start) and they repaired everything the RIGHT way. Their professionalism, knowledge, and quality were night-and-day compared to the other contractor! In the end, we paid more than we would have if we'd just gone with RBC from the start!

Next time we are skipping that major hassle and headache and going with the company we know we can trust, one that cares and does not cut corners. Thank you RBC Homes for being that company we can count on to do it right.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience working with RBC. They designed a complete renovation of our beach home that incorporated all of our wishlist and did an incredible job seeing it through to completion (the rooftop deck is a favorite spot). Everyone on the team was very responsive. We are thrilled with the outcome and would work with them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cole and the team at RBC just completed 2 projects for us in Sandbridge. Extremely happy with their work and responsiveness which was very important to us as we’re not full time there. Would definitely recommend and use again for future remodeling needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cole and his team did a great job; professional and easy to work with. Cole didn't rest until the work was done right. Blair and Hope were a pleasure to deal with in the front office. Would use them again with no reservation!

We recently had RBC enhance the front of our home. We did not have a covering over the front door. RBC listened to our ideas, added their suggestions and made our vision come to life. From start to finish RBC had us “covered”😉. We love our new facelift and will absolutely be reaching out to RBC for any future home improvements!

We have had Pat decorate four of our beach properties. She is amazing to work with.

She gives us options when we ask and comes up with unique ideas. Pat is very honest and hardworking, and always meets deadlines. You will not be disappointed with her work.

When my husband and I made our most recent house purchase in August, we didn’t even think twice about who we would use to help design and decorate it. We knew we would only want to work with Pat.

We have had the pleasure and honor to work with Pat (Whitley) on 5 homes in Sandbridge.

She is an absolute delight to work with. Not overwhelming, a great listener, and always available for questions. Pat always kept us up to date on progress and added a personal touch when she could. Highly recommend Pat. You will gain a fantastic friend as well.

Tammy & Keith Anderson

Pat guides you the whole way and doesn’t miss a single detail of what the house will need.

Adding her own touch completes the look inside and out. We couldn’t be happier with our house and use it every chance we get.

Angela Wild-Taylor
Virginia Beach, VA

We were so pleased with how RBC Homes built our properties and how Pat Whitley designed the interiors.

It was a natural decision to rely on their services over the past seven years for the routine maintenance and furnishing updates required to keep our Sandbridge rentals marketable.
