From day one, David Whitley and the RBC team provided us with extensive information and advice on everything from the land that we were planning to build on, to connecting us with reputable industry business partners from — real estate attorneys, land-surveyors, property management companies and more. Throughout the building process, they guided us and successfully managed every aspect of building our incredible 9 bedroom, 8.5 bath luxury home with attention to every detail. From building permits, to breaking ground and construction, plumbing, electrical, irrigation system, elevator installation, swimming pool, pickleball court, appliance installation, paint, landscaping and to top it all off with the most fabulous interior designer you have ever seen. This was all done in record time. The RBC team provided us with accurate up-front pricing projections, schedules, weekly updates complete with pictures and notes provided through their custom app, so often that we rarely called with questions. When we did call or have questions about anything, the RBC team responded promptly and always went above and beyond to provide us with the information we were seeking. The quality and communication provided for every detail of the home was of the highest caliber with which we have ever dealt.
The bottom line is that the RBC team are first-class builders and home designers that we cannot recommend highly enough. The people at RBC are exceptional and obviously take tremendous pride in their work. From David’s leadership, Pat’s incredible design and connections, to Norm, Cindy and Cole stellar attention to detail, operational management & customer service to Shane’s meticulous follow-up post construction. These are exceptional people that take a tremendous amount of pride in their work – they are the absolute best in the business. We are looking forward to building with RBC again in the future!
