David Whitley, the owner, was both patient with us by answering all of our questions, but still transparent with the reality of this project even before we closed on a property or had a signed contract in place. Being part of the Sandbridge Beach community themselves, David, and his wife, Pat Whitley, along with the rest of the RBC team welcomed us into this thriving community and treated us like neighbors/friends long before it actually became a reality. There is nothing better than staying in a brand new vacation home
Our group had a fabulous time and we were “happy as clams” for one glorius week in Sandbridge, VA! This one exceeded all of our expectations. Design and decor were impeccable, we were steps from the beach access, we were able to include our fur baby on this getaway, and we could even charge our electric car without leaving the island. Who could ask for more? We could tell how much care the owners put into designing every aspect of this wonderful home and we appreciated it so much. Thank you from all of us and we can’t wait to go back!

What a great house.
Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time with friends and family. Very convenient location to beach and local shop for donuts. Pool and backyard were perfectly appointed. Especially loved the outdoor cabana with a refrigerator and TV to enjoy the game. Our group really enjoyed our stay.
