Hope is one of our Construction Sales and Client Services associates at RBC Homes. Originally from San Diego, California, she made Virginia Beach her home when her husband received military orders here in 2019. In her sales role, Hope meets and coordinates directly with new clients to guide them through every stage of the building process from initial concept to execution, ensuring a seamless experience with their custom remodeling or new construction projects.Throughout the build process, she provides comprehensive client support by managing building permit applications, assisting with design selections, and maintaining routine project updates on our management software, Houzz. She also coordinates post-construction maintenance through our RBC Work Order program for clients seeking a trusted presence to monitor and maintain their property in their absence.Hope is a dedicated professional with a great positive energy that prioritizes positive customer relations, task management, and proactive problem-solving. Her previous experience working for a property management company in Sandbridge provides important expertise and insight to our team since joining in 2024. She also achieved her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Penn State, while simultaneously getting her real estate salesperson license in 2021. Because of her commitment to excellence, knowledge in real estate, and her passion for interior design, she has become a major asset to the RBC Homes team.
