Blair Ray serves as our Director of Sales and Marketing with RBC. She has over 18 years of experience as a full-time realtor in Virginia Beach, so she brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to our clients. She is a new team member with RBC Homes since joining her father David’s company in 2024.
Blair provides exceptional service by assisting our prospective clients with the design process and effectively communicating our company’s procedures and standards to clients. She is also committed to giving back to her local community by volunteering at the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad. Blair achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Radford University. Her extensive knowledge and her commitment to excellence has been a major contribution to the success of the RBC Homes Team.
