Chief Operating Officer

RBC’s Chief Operating Officer is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with extensive expertise in marketing, sales, acquisitions, dispositions, land development, corporate finance, and construction. Bill started his professional career when at the age of nineteen, and as a student at The American University in Washington, D.C., he completed real estate classes and subsequently achieved his real estate license. He achieved marketing and sales success and was recognized as being among the top 1% of all real estate professionals, nationwide.

Bill began assembling partnerships which acquired, financed, subdivided, developed, and sold several thousand fully developed building lots to National Home Builders. To move finished lot inventories during a market downturn, he assembled a team of construction professionals to design and build new homes on partnership lot inventories.He and his team enjoyed the honor of winning multiple building industry awards for their new home designs. Due to illness, from which he has since fully recovered, Bill retired for a time; but was coaxed out of retirement by RBC Homes’ owner, David Whitley, to take on the task of managing operations.

Bill and his wife Mary are the parents of four adult children and enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their 6-year-old grandson.
