The Challenge

The homeowners were looking for a home that would be a great return on their investment and provide them the rental income that would make it less expensive for their family to vacation in Sandbridge. What they found was a lot that was wide, but not very deep. It would require a specially-designed plan, and also had an existing bulkhead to address.

Our Solution

RBC Homes created a special place for this family who loves to vacation in Sandbridge, and it has been a smart investment for them as it is a very popular rental. In fact, because of its rental activity, the family is able to spend up to seven weeks enjoying life in Count Your Blessings. An unusual feature is the pool that is sunken into the huge composite deck, which includes a fun cabana bar. Another note is that this home, like all RBC Homes, is raised higher than the FEMA standard of two feet over base flood levels; it is a better, safer long-term solution, especially for homes in a beach community such as Sandbridge.

We could not be more pleased with the efforts of the entire RBC team.
