Rarely does someone have an opportunity to experience professional services that exceed expectations as much as we had with RBC Homes during the construction of our dream beach home.
David and his team made an overwhelming process easy and seemless. From the initial planning to the final walk through, we were kept completely informed and our Great White Shack was completed on time with flawless workmanship. When it came time to furnish, Pat thought of everything. The beautiful interior design creates a spectacular guest experience. We would highly recommend RBC Homes to anyone considering building their dream home. Thank you RBC you guys are simply the BEST.

It was a pleasant experience working with RBC Homes for my recent addition.
The contractor and his crew were professional, courteous and helpful. I can say also the same for any subcontractors they employed. Any little issue that was encountered was addressed and met to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my results and whole experience. And oh yes, would definitely use them again.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge RBC Homes on a fantastic job in getting my Anderson windows replaced with new ones at my house.
This required several site visits with RBC Homes and they reached out to the Anderson Reps and had them come to my house to assist in ordering the proper replacements. I was very impressed on the thorough and professional approach in assuring the job came off perfectly. I was very pleased and felt the quote was very reasonable. Thank you, RBC Homes.

RBC Homes made our vision a reality!
We were undertaking a huge renovation of our home ourselves but then due to circumstances beyond our control we asked RBC Homes to step in. They were able to add us to their busy schedule and complete the job in a timely manner.
David’s in-house crews, subcontractors and office staff were professional hard-working and detail oriented and did an outstanding job. Everything went smoothly and efficiently! A huge thanks to everyone involved!

We had a great experience working the RBC on the project for our home in Sandbridge.
Everyone we dealt with from the initial contact through completion of the job was very responsive and professional. RBC helped bring our vision for the project to reality. They contributed great ideas based on their significant experience in the area and were a great asset in shepherding us through the permitting/zoning process. Because we live hours away, the regular and clear communication throughout the job was extremely helpful and afforded us a great deal of peace of mind. The work itself was excellent and really added beauty and value to the home. We would recommend RBC without hesitation.

After meeting with several local builders, RBC was clearly the best choice.
From day one, David Whitley and the RBC team provided us with extensive information and advice on everything from the land that we were planning to build on, to connecting us with reputable industry business partners from -- real estate attorneys, land-surveyors, property management companies and more. Throughout the building process, they guided us and successfully managed every aspect of building our incredible 9 bedroom, 8.5 bath luxury home with attention to every detail. From building permits, to breaking ground and construction, plumbing, electrical, irrigation system, elevator installation, swimming pool, pickleball court, appliance installation, paint, landscaping and to top it all off with the most fabulous interior designer you have ever seen. This was all done in record time. The RBC team provided us with accurate up-front pricing projections, schedules, weekly updates complete with pictures and notes provided through their custom app, so often that we rarely called with questions. When we did call or have questions about anything, the RBC team responded promptly and always went above and beyond to provide us with the information we were seeking. The quality and communication provided for every detail of the home was of the highest caliber with which we have ever dealt.
The bottom line is that the RBC team are first-class builders and home designers that we cannot recommend highly enough. The people at RBC are exceptional and obviously take tremendous pride in their work. From David’s leadership, Pat’s incredible design and connections, to Norm, Cindy and Cole stellar attention to detail, operational management & customer service to Shane’s meticulous follow-up post construction. These are exceptional people that take a tremendous amount of pride in their work – they are the absolute best in the business. We are looking forward to building with RBC again in the future!

The RBC Remodeling & Design Team recently remodeled and delivered us a bathroom/bedroom suite and we could not have been happier with our decision to go with RBC.
Dave was able to listen to our wants and see our vision while guiding us with his expertise. He really did turn our master suite dreams into a reality!
Their flexibility enabling us to make changes as needed was truly appreciated. When issues arose, Dave was quick to address and resolve them to our satisfaction and our final project results are gorgeous and we could not be happier.
RBC’s project manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had and was always so helpful and very supportive.
Not only did we enjoy working with Dave and the entire RBC team; Dave’s sub-contractors were top -notch, always professional and very friendly. We would definitely recommend RBC Homes and welcome them to work in our home anytime.
