Will grew up in Hampton, VA in a family of machinists and carpenters. It was only natural that after graduation, he would go full time into the construction industry. First as a mason and then joining his brother installing exterior finishes. He joined RBC Homes with his brother Cole to continue upon a family honored tradition. He is a true craftsman capable of skillfully performing general carpentry, concrete, and masonry work. When not working or caring for his family, Will trains as a professional MMA fighter.
