Hope serves as our Client Services Manager with RBC. She is originally from San Diego, California, but found her way to Virginia Beach when her husband got military orders here in 2019. Hope provides our clients with comprehensive support during the build process by managing building permit applications, assisting with design selections, and providing routine project updates on our management software, Houzz. She also oversees the RBC Homes Home Watch and Work Order programs that provide comprehensive property inspections and routine postconstruction maintenance for clients seeking a trusted presence to monitor and maintain their property in their absence.
Hope is a dedicated professional with a great positive energy that prioritizes positive customer relations, task management, and proactive problem-solving. Her previous experience working for a property management company in Sandbridge provides important expertise and insight to our team since joining in 2024. Because of her commitment to excellence, knowledge in real estate, and her passion for design, she has become a major asset to the RBC Homes team.
