Like many of our skilled craftsmen, Ray started working with a family member in the construction field at an early age. His grandfather, who was a Home Builder, sparked his love in everything related to construction. Prior to joining RBC Homes, Ray honed his carpentry and management skills working his way up through the ranks with several companies, to the position of project superintendent. During that time, he managed both small and large residential and commercial jobs. His vast knowledge and experience in both areas makes him a great asset to our Team.
