David Whitely, the owner, was both patient with us by answering all of our questions, but still transparent with the reality of this project even before we closed on a property or had a signed contract in place. David, owner of RBC, and team are exceptional to work with. Very professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable about their product, personable, but most of all they listen to what you want. They stick to the schedule and if for some reason they can’t they communicate always. Even after the built is done, they are there to help with any issues that may come up. David’s wife Pat is phenomenal at decorating the homes. Always adds a personal touch and loves bouncing ideas around so you always feel part of the process. I would highly recommend RBC
