Shawn was born in the country of Sri Lanka moving to the United States when he was 12 years old. As a child he was fascinated with machinery, wanting to be a mechanic when he graduated school. Ultimately, he chose fabricating glass, mirrors, and metals into components for specialty store fronts and interior design. Those skills transformed into expert woodworking which in turn brought him to RBC Homes in 2016. Shawn’s meticulous and patient manner consistently turns out expertly crafted projects. He has become our “go to” guy for tackling unique or unusual requests from our clients.
