Pat grew up as a Military dependent traveling extensively during her childhood. During this time, she was drawn to things of beauty, and her interest in colors, art, and textiles took over. She was also drawn to real estate buying her first property at the age of 20. While she never received a formal education in Design, she read countless design articles, studied design books, and became a self-taught authority on creating exciting Interiors. On the real estate side, Pat achieved her VA Real Estate license in 2014 and has been honored as a top producer in the Hampton Roads Realtor Association numerous times since.
By managing the RBC Design Team, Pat starts by understanding the client’s objectives. She directs the process making it easy, stress free and gratifying for the client. Her unique talent of crafting outstanding & harmonizing interiors, positions RBC Homes to be a leader in providing a totally custom-building experience.
