Cole, our Director of Construction, found his passion for construction at the early age of thirteen when he tore off and replaced the roof on his parent’s home. A year later he started working in construction and by the age of nineteen opened his own company which he operated successfully for over 20 years. He initially started working in Colonial Williamsburg, remodeling, and renovating high-end custom homes, eventually finding his way to Sandbridge where Cole began working as one of RBC’s subcontractors. Impressed with his workmanship, knowledge, and enthusiasm for construction and life in general, David Whitley, RBC’s Owner, convinced Cole to join RBC Homes. Cole and his beautiful wife Mary share two children (a boy and girl) and spend their free time shuttling between ballgames, camping and all kinds of outdoor adventures!
