Summer Baycation

challenge
This lot on the western side of Sandbridge had a beautiful view, but it had been empty for quite some time because the plat was long and skinny. It also had an old bulkhead in the city right-of-way. Those challenges didn’t matter to Don and Deborah Snyder; when they stood on the lot and saw that gorgeous sunset, they knew their house had to be built there.
solutions
This home was an unusual build because of the shape of the lot, but RBC Homes was confident they could meet the client’s goals and make it comfortable and beautiful. And indeed it is. Not only did they work with city council for permission to encroach the city right-of-way to replace the aging bulkhead, RBC developed this seven-bedroom home with a large master, a dedicated game room, a two-car garage, an outside bathroom, a swimming pool, a cabana bar, a screened-in porch and an eating deck on the second floor to soak in every bit of the beautiful views over the bay.
results
RBC Homes met all of Don's and Deborah Snyder's goals. It's a lovely home in which to relax, to enjoy all the fun it offers and, best of all, to watch the radiant sun slowly sink below the blue horizon.
